How long does shipping take?

The regular shipping duration upon orders are 1-3 working days within Greece.
International shipping duration varies depending on the courier country of destination.

Can I track my order?

All orders sent from Elegance in Simplicity, are sent via a traceable method via ELTA courier. Upon dispatch from our warehouse you will be emailed a tracking number and link to track your parcel.

How do I Exchange/Return my order?

In the event that you wish to return or exchange your product, you should contact our team via email ([email protected]) within 7 days upon arrival and we do our best to help you.
If the product is deemed acceptable (no damages and labels still on) ,our customers can return for an exchange, refund or store credit. 
 *Please note, items returned for a refund within Greece incur a handling fee. Elegance in Simplicity does not cover the return shipping for international returns.


 

I just placed my order, can I cancel/change it?

We aim to process order as quickly as possible in our warehouse, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations can be made before the package departs. However, we recommend you contact our Customer Service Team via Instagram/Facebook DM or Email and we will do our best to help you. 
If we are unable to cancel or change your order in time, our returns process is very easy and we will work with you until the process has been finalised and you are happy with the outcome.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

In the event you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact our Customer Support Team ([email protected]) with your order number and brief description of the issue and we will happily find a solution for you.
